Your new role as the Product Support Advisor will report into the Product Support Supervisor in a permanent FIFO position.Product Support Group DepartmentPSG is a FIFO service department in Welshpool, supporting WA with skilled maintenance personnel.
We handle warranty support, shutdowns, and labour hire roles, equipped with service vehicles and tools.Locations:Hanroy - McPhee siteThiess - Gruyere siteRoster: 8 days on, 6 days off, 12.5hr shifts (inclusive of 30mins break)What you'll do:Diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of Caterpillar fleetConduct regular equipment inspections, ensuring safety and complianceProvide warranty support and planned component change-outsDriving continuous improvement initiatives across customer operationsSupport frontline maintenance teams with expert advice and minimal tool timeSkills and ExperienceAustralian recognised Mechanical Trade CertificateProven post trade experience with CAT equipmentProficiency with troubleshooting and fleet performance reviews.Extensive Traditional Caterpillar Fleet experience is essentialExcellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationshipsThe ability to work successfully within a team and autonomouslyAbility to identify and suggest opportunities to increase fleet availability,
