Domestic and global financial institutions leverage our corporate strength, commercial approach, risk and compliance practices, expertise and service excellence in debt markets, managed funds and digital solutions to enable our clients success.About the RoleJoin Perpetual Corporate Trust as an Associate, Agency & Trustee, supporting the management of a portfolio of clients and matters where Perpetual acts as trustee of notes, agent and security trustee.
In this role, you'll help manage client transactions and trustee obligations while working closely with clients, external lawyers, service providers and internal teams.
You'll review transaction structures and documentation, support payments and account monitoring, and help identify and escalation potential risks.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day to day relationships with clients and external service providers, responding promptly to reasonable requestsSupport Facility Agent and Security Trustee transactions,
