Many of our team members live locally, creating a strong sense of community both inside and outside the clinic.You'll be joining:Practice Manager Bree, who has been with the clinic for five years and is known for her honest, approachable, and supportive leadership styleVeterinary Director Dr Huong, who recently stepped into the role after working across multiple Greencross clinics and brings a collaborative and team-focused approach to leadershipAn experienced ECC veterinarian who consults two days per week and shares valuable knowledge through CPR and snake envenomation trainingA passionate graduate veterinarian who has recently completed the Greencross Graduate ProgramTwo experienced veterinary nursesTwo developing nurses who are building their skills and confidenceWe're looking for a nurse who enjoys being part of a team, sharing knowledge, and helping others grow.About the ClinicDiamond Creek is a busy, community-focused clinic with a varied caseload and excellent nursing opportunities.We mainly see dogs and cats, with the occasionaly chicken, and, being located in a well-known snake area, occasional snake envenomation cases which are stabilised before referral when required.Our light-filled clinic is fully equipped with:IDEXX in-house laboratory equipmentTonopenDedicated surgical suiteModern treatment areaOur daily workflow allows nurses to remain actively involved in patient care and make the most of their clinical skills.About the RoleAs a Veterinary Nurse, you'll be involved in all aspects of patient care and clinic operations.Responsibilities include:Surgical nursing and anaesthetic monitoringPre- and post-operative patient careHospital nursing and patient monitoringAssisting with diagnostics and treatmentsDental nursing and dental proceduresLaboratory and pathology workRadiography assistanceClient communication and educationMaintaining high clinical and infection-control standardsSupporting the day-to-day running of the clinicThis is a hands-on role offering plenty of variety and the opportunity to continue developing your nursing skills.About YouWe're looking for someone who:Holds a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)Has a minimum of 3 years' veterinary nursing experienceIs confident with surgical nursing and anaesthetic monitoringEnjoys working collaboratively as part of a teamCommunicates confidently and professionally with clientsIs organised,
