What will you be doing?
This role is a blend of retail and admin.
You will be the first face, and sometimes voice on the phone the customer engages with.
You will assist and introduce to our sales team.
Welcoming customers into the showroom, answering their questions and guiding them with the assistance of dedicated sales staff
Responding to email enquiries and following up with customers over the phone to make sure their requests are taken care of
Working closely with the sales team to arrange quotes and book fittings




Processing quotes accurately and in a timely manner
Following all WHS requirements to keep the showroom safe for customers and the team
About you
