We are looking for an experienced and motivated Cage Area Manager to lead our Cage & Count operations and inspire a high-performing team to deliver service excellence.
Reporting to the Cage Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring outstanding guest experiences, strong team performance, and strict compliance within a highly regulated setting.
This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll shape both operational outcomes and team culture.Key responsibilitiesLead and support Cage operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and complianceDeliver exceptional, personalised guest service with every interactionCoach, develop, and inspire team members to achieve high performanceCollaborate across departments to support seamless operations and premium service standardsMaintain strong attention to financial processes, including cash handling and reconciliationUphold regulatory requirements and licensing standardsAbout youYou are a confident and hands-on leader with a passion for customer service and operational excellence.
