We're looking for an experienced
Recruitment Partner
to join our RPO team and play a key role in shaping the talent strategy for a leading organisation in the
Financial Services
sector.
This role partners directly with senior leaders to drive smart, strategic hiring outcomes in a fast‐moving environment.
While this is an end-to-end recruitment role, you will operate as a true partner to the business, providing advice and guidance across all aspects of recruit.
About the role:
As a Recruitment Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor to your stakeholders—helping them understand the market,



make confident hiring decisions, and secure the talent they need to grow.
You'll own the end‐to‐end recruitment process, bringing a mix of strategic thinking, strong relationship management, and hands‐on delivery.
This role suits someone who thrives in a high‐volume, high‐impact workplace and enjoys working closely with the business to solve problems, influence decisions, and elevate the overall talent experience.
