and development through to execution and commissioningApply advanced engineering principles to solve complex technical and operational challengesCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams including project managers, site teams, contractors, consultants, and clientsEnsure compliance with Australian Standards, statutory regulations, and WHS requirementsReview and approve engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical documentationDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency, reliability, and cost performanceProvide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior engineers and technical staffSupport project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management activitiesLiaise with suppliers, vendors, and regulatory authorities as requiredRequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial, or related discipline)7–15+ years of relevant engineering experience, depending on discipline and role scopeProven experience working on complex engineering projects within infrastructure, mining, energy, construction, manufacturing, or industrial environmentsStrong technical expertise within your engineering disciplineFamiliarity with Australian Standards and regulatory frameworksStrong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and within cross-functional teamsChartered Qualified Engineer (CPEng) or RPEQ registration is advantageous (role-dependent)Proficiency with relevant engineering software, tools, and systemsBenefitsExtra Superannuation - Pension planTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
