About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to take ownership of projects from concept through to detailed design and construction support, while building a leadership profile within a collaborative, technically strong team.
This position is responsible for:
Deliver civil design packages for land division, urban development, infrastructure, general civil works, stormwater and wastewater management projectsManage, maintain and grow trusted relationships with clients and project partnersUndertake project planning, including budgeting, financial management, resourcing and project deadlinesContribute to technical excellence and innovation within the teamMentor and guide junior engineersDrive business development, fee proposals and project pipeline growth
Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will provide professional expertise, practical solutions and trusted support that helps our teams achieve outstanding outcomes.
There's a genuine path to take on greater project and people leadership as our Queensland team continues to grow.
About You
You are a technically proficient and relationship-driven engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality engineering outcomes.
What you bring
To contribute confidently in this role, you will bring




Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil EngineeringProfessional Engineering registration / Chartered status highly desirable8+ years' local civil design experienceProven track record in project delivery and client-facing rolesProficiency in design and analysis software including 12D design, AutoCAD, DRAINS and MUSICStrong understanding of Australian Standards and NCC requirementsExcellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skillsThe ability to develop project scope of works and proposalsDemonstrated experience leading project teams
