you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of new build projects, working closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager and wider project team.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, negotiate and manage subcontracts and procurement packagesMonitor project budgets, costs and cash flowAssist with tender evaluations and letting packagesAdminister progress claims, variations and contractual correspondenceWork closely with your Project Manager and Site ManagerWhat We're Looking ForRecent experience as a Senior Contracts Administrator / CAStrong new build construction experienceAbility to manage projects and packages from start to finishExcellent communication and negotiation skillsBrisbane / Queensland construction market experience highly regarded
