pick up travel must-haves, local souvenirs, and in-flight snacks all in one place.
The Townsville Store
offers a handy selection of convenience items, drinks, magazines, and gift ideas – perfect for a quick shop before boarding.

Townsville Airport

*Store operates 4:45am-10:00pm
*Flexible availability across the 7 days AM/PM highly regarded!
What You'll Do:
✅ Deliver outstanding customer service & expert product recommendations
✅ Stay ahead of trends with ongoing professional training
✅ Keep the store looking vibrant & well-stocked
✅ Process transactions smoothly & efficiently
✅ Assist customers with queries in a friendly, professional manner
What We're Looking For:
✅ Passion for customer service & sales
✅ Confident communicator with a positive attitude
✅ Well-groomed & professionally presented
✅
Retail and sales experience is a great plus
✅ Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)




✅ Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
