What You'll Be Doing
Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
Following up quotes and customer enquiries
Assisting customers with applications and supporting documents
Supporting the Sales Team with day-to-day activities
Updating customer details in the CRM system
Reaching out to potential customers and connecting them with Account Managers
Working towards team KPIs and customer service goals
