The Opportunity
These are hands-on leadership roles for people who enjoy being part of the action.
You'll lead shifts, support your team, maintain food and service standards, and help drive the restaurant's performance.
Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:
Leading, coaching and developing team members
Managing daily restaurant operations and service flow
Rostering and managing labour against business needs
Monitoring sales, food costs, stock and waste
Maintaining food safety,



cleanliness and brand standards
Delivering great customer experiences and resolving issues
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training
Driving sales, team engagement and operational results
Who Should Apply?
