Your new role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator ready to step up into a Project Engineer position.
Equally, they would consider an existing Project Engineer looking to make a sideways move into a business offering stronger progression and exposure.Working alongside experienced Project Managers and site teams, you will be involved across the full delivery of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects, including:
Assisting with projects from pre-construction through to completion
Procurement and subcontractor management
Design coordination and resolving technical issues
Cost control, variations and progress claims
Programming and project coordination
Liaising with clients, consultants and subcontractors
Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager
Supporting the overall commercial and operational delivery of projects
What you'll need to succeed
Experience as a Contract Administrator,



Senior Contract Administrator or Project Engineer
Strong construction knowledge with experience across commercial fit-out, refurbishment or similar building projects
Confidence dealing with subcontractors, consultants and clients
Good commercial understanding alongside strong coordination skills
Excellent communication and organisation
Ambition to develop your career and take on greater project responsibility
A construction-related degree would be beneficial
