Beaches Xray providesquality care with personal and friendly service to our referrers and patients.With practices at Dee Why and Mona Vale, we are looking for a full time receptionist to join our team.This position is 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) working days at both the Mona Vale and Dee Why locations.Key Areas of Responsibility:Meet and greet patientsAnswering incoming callsProvide information regarding procedures and preparationsInvoicing and receipting patient accountsGeneral office admin, petty cash, post office, banking, deliveries.The successful candidate will have:A caring and compassionate mannerStrong attention to detailAbility to multi-task within a busy team environmentExceptional customer service and communication skillsA 'can-do' attitude and customer service experience would be ideal.
