and working closely with site supervisors in fast-paced conditions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise traffic control crews onsiteImplement, monitor, and adjust Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS's)Liaise with clients, supervisors, and asphalt crewsComplete daily reporting and safety documentationConduct pre-starts and ensure compliance with all WHS requirementsLoad/unload vehicles and manage traffic control equipmentMentor and develop junior traffic controllersWhat You'll BringMinimum 2+ years' experience as a Traffic Control Team Leader / TMA DriverProven experience working on major projectsExperience on high-speed / arterial roadsStrong leadership, communication, and decision-making skillsAbility to manage crews and adapt to dynamic site conditionsSafety-first mindset and professional approachRequirementsTraffic Control Training – TCR & IMP(PWZ highly desirable)Construction White CardCurrent driver's license(Heavy Vehicle license desirable) and reliable transportExperience towing trailersAbility to provide and use PPE and 2-way radioFlexibility to work either day shifts or night shifts, weekends, and overtime
