materials and fit-out documentationProvide practical design guidance to retailers, designers and consultantsManage design milestones, approvals and competing tenancy programmesIdentify and resolve design, compliance and base-building interface issuesPartner with Leasing, Asset Management, Property Management, Development and Facilities teamsConduct site, compliance, defects and pre-opening inspectionsSupport the ongoing improvement of tenancy design standards and processesAbout YouYou will ideally bring:Experience in retail design management, tenancy design, tenancy coordination or retail project deliveryExposure to shopping centres, mixed-use assets, major retailers or similar property environmentsA qualification in architecture, interior architecture, interior design, construction management or a related disciplineStrong knowledge of retail fit-outs, building services, accessibility and construction deliveryConfidence reviewing architectural and interior design documentationStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsA practical, commercially minded and solutions-focused approachExperience with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam or similar platforms will be advantageousWhy Apply?
