I am currently recruiting an experienced Senior Safety Advisor to join a well-established Tier 1 contractor, supporting one of Queensland's major legacy infrastructure projects.This is a great chance for a hands-on Senior Safety Advisor with a strong civil construction background who enjoys working closely with site teams, building relationships and helping create a positive safety culture while maintaining high standards across the project.The position will initially involve night-shift work for approximately 4–6 months, with the potential to transition back to days thereafter.The project is expected to continue through to mid-****.About YouCivil construction HSE experience across major road and highway projects.Exposure to bridge construction,



structural works and bulk earthworks.Experience managing excavation and ground stabilisation risks.Previous experience in a Senior Safety Advisor capacity.Confident communicator who can challenge behaviours and hold teams accountable.Comfortable working night shift and operating autonomously.Strong stakeholder management and practical problem-solving skills.What's on Offer?
