Business Development & Relationship Manager
The role reports directly to the Country Manager and is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys growing a business, building strong relationships and delivering increased value for members.
You'll work closely with internal teams and Supplier Partners to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
Key responsibilities
Grow the existing membership base
Implement a range of value-added services offerings to new & existing members
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Own a range of business development initiatives and identify new opportunities
Prepare and deliver proposals, and supportive sales documentation
Maintain accurate CRM records and manage sales pipelines
Provide sales administration, reporting, and follow-up support




Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity
About you
Proven Business Development experience in the Australian Veterinary Industry
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel
Keen analytical ability
High attention to detail with robust organisational skills
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
