Short-term opportunity | Tatura | Casual until February ****
Goulburn-Murray Water (GMW) is looking for a motivated and organised Property Officer to join our Property Services team in Tatura on a casual, short-term basis until February ****.
This is a great opportunity to put your administration, customer service and property knowledge to work while supporting a team responsible for managing a range of property services across northern Victoria.
What you'll be doing:
Processing planning permit applications, work approvals, leases, licences and general land dealings.
Preparing documentation, correspondence and reports.
Responding to customer enquiries and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Providing general administrative, financial and business support to the Property team.
Maintaining accurate records and information across business systems.
What we're looking for:
You'll be organised,



customer-focused and confident managing a range of administrative tasks.
Ideally, you'll bring an understanding of property or public land administration, robust communication skills and the ability to work accurately and independently.
A relevant tertiary qualification and experience in property services or statutory planning will be highly regarded.
