The CNC Machinist is responsible for programming, troubleshooting, CNC turning and milling machines.
This role will require running of CNC Vertical, Horizontal and Lathes.
You will be part of our Machining team with the drive for continuous improvement of our Production processes.
Reporting to the Machining Team Leader, you will contribute to a diverse, fast paced manufacturing workplace.Key responsibilitiesRead, interpret and understand engineering drawingsRead and understand machining programs and operational drawings/documentationSet machines and tooling via manufacturing packDeburr machined components, remove sharp edges and unwanted burrs, and ensure parts are properly finished and safe to handleEnsure all machined components are properly deburred, meet the required quality standards and are ready to be transferred to the next stage of productionOperate CNC machines to produce high quality, high tolerance productsBe a team contributor with driving continuous improvement with our production processesAbout youHigh regard for Safety in the workplaceMinimum 5 years' experience in CNC Machining on Lathes,
