This is a strategic position that plays a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our aged and disability support services.
You will be instrumental in identifying new market opportunities, building strong partnerships, and developing sustainable revenue streams that enable us to extend our reach and impact within the community.
This role combines business acumen with a genuine passion for improving outcomes for vulnerable clients.Key responsibilitiesIdentify, evaluate and pursue new business opportunities within the aged and disability support sectorDevelop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets and expand service offeringsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, referral partners, corporate clients and community organisationsPrepare and present compelling business proposals and pitches to prospective clients and partnersConduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-makingCollaborate with operational teams to ensure service delivery aligns with business commitments and client expectationsDevelop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and visibilityMonitor and report on business development activities,



pipeline opportunities and performance metricsNegotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners to ensure favourable commercial outcomesContribute to the development of business policies, procedures and processes that support sustainable growthWhat we're looking forProven track record of success in business development within the aged care, disability support or community services sector5+ years' experience in a business development around NDIS.
