The ICT team supports the whole organisation, and this program is central to how it will work in future.
We're looking for an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to connect business objectives with technology delivery.
You'll guide requirements, process design and testing through to a successful deployment and adoption.What you'll be doingGathering and documenting detailed business requirements with department heads, end users and technical expertsMapping "as-is" processes, identifying gaps and designing optimised "to-be" processes, including automation opportunitiesTranslating requirements into functional specifications and solution design documents covering configuration, customisation and integrationWorking with IT teams to ensure smooth integration between existing systems and the new CRM, maintaining data integrity, security and complianceDeveloping test plans, scenarios and test cases, and coordinating user acceptance testingCreating user training materials and system documentation, and delivering training sessionsSupporting change management and continuous improvement after go-liveWhat you'll bring5+ years commercial experience as a Business Analyst in a technology environmentBusiness process modelling (BPMN) experience with at least one BPM authoring toolProficiency in data modelling, prototyping and wireframingBroad understanding of IT systems,
