Synergie is seeking a Production Administrator/Inventory Clerk for a leading chemical and paint manufacturer located in Clayton.
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7am-3pmPay rate: $42per hour + superLocation: Clayton, VIC
What you will be required to do
Ensuring raw material inventory processes and consumption across all production warehouses are efficient and effective.Receipting of materials either from factory or from external supplier into ERP system.Processing of warehouse orders either for manufacturing or for external supply.Ensure cycle count checks are completed within agreed timelines, physical stock matches system stock data either through paper based or RF scanning.Manual handling of up to 10kg
To be successful in the role you will
Forklift license and experience highly desired but not requiredHave previous experience in inventory coordination,



warehousing or manufacturingStrong Microsoft Office skills, specifically in EXCEL and OutlookSAP experience ideal but not essentialHave excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skillsBe able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentHave strong problem solving and communication skillsHave full working rights in AustraliaHave reliable transport to travel to ClaytonDemonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and compliance
