Fluence is seeking a driven Site Manager to lead the construction of one or more Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.
You will oversee on-site activities, coordinate earthworks, civil works, electrical cabling and pre-commissioning, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while managing safety and quality on site.You will report to the Senior Construction Manager/Director of Construction and work within a team-oriented Fluence team.
