They are looking for a Project Manager to lead project delivery by driving allocated tenders to ensure accuracy in cost estimates, high-quality bids are submitted, and the likelihood of success is maximized.
The position is open to those who have studied a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
The Role:
The Project Manager is accountable for managing allocated projects aiming to ensure zero harm, quality, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction and profitability.
The role requires good communication with all project stakeholders and action to ensure a safe
working environment is maintained, full compliance to the company's Management System is achieved, and project deliverables are met including time, budget, safety, quality and environmental objectives.
The Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Materials/Civil/Chemical/Mechanical) or Project Management5+ years experience within the Engineering or Construction industriesCurrent Australian Drivers LicenseConstruction Industry OH&S; Induction CardGood decision-making is based on explicit thinking and logic, not emotion or guessworkHigh attention to detailHigh energy and initiativeContributes a positive atmosphere and great team playerFirst Aid Certificate Level 2 (preferable);Confined Space (preferable);Working at Heights (preferable);MSIC CardThe ability to travel on occasion.
