We are looking for a Dispatch & Production Assistant to work in our Manly Vale Roastery.Join us and work with a team who are passionate about delivering exceptional, specialty coffee, equipment and service to our customers.Seven Miles Coffee Company is a workplace in which you canlearn and expand your knowledge of the coffee industry, and develop your career in a excellent team environment.Hours of operation 5am - 8pm Monday - Friday.Key Accountabilities in the Role:Pick product to match order by checking and logging picking slip, collecting product and transferring to dispatch areaHandle pick-ups by greeting customer,



refer to Customer Service if necessary and assist to load productLoad / unload pallets on correct delivery vehicleReplenish warehouse stock for pickingManaging correct packaging of coffee through the teamAdhere to Workplace Health and Safety requirements, policies, procedures and all SOPsAny other operations duties as may be required from time to time.Successful candidates will possess:Eagerness to learn and progress in a dynamic working environmentStrong quality focus and exceptional attention to detailGood physical fitnessAbility to work autonomously, organised approach and ability to deliver to agree timeframesTeam player, who works together to get the job doneQualifications, Knowledge & Experience:Can work effectively alone and in a teamInterest in coffee, personally or professionallyPositive, can-do attitude and willingness to learnCustomer focus and attention to detail to ensure that all orders are correct.Forklift Licence is highly desirableWhy would you want to join Seven Miles?
