We're an award-winning WA brewery, and we're opening our newest venue in the heart of Perth CBD at Brookfield Place in late December ****.
We're building our opening kitchen team, and we'd love you to be part of it.You'll work in a brand new kitchen with brand new equipment, serving elevated pub food for lunch and dinner alongside 24 taps of our beer.
You'll be led by our Head Chef with support from our Executive Chef.
We trade Monday to Saturday, so your Sundays are your own.1 x Casual Cook (Adult Level 4)3 x Casual Cook (Level 2)About youChef de Partie and Level 4 cooks: Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience, and a solid background on a busy lineCommis and Level 2 cooks: reliable, keen to learn and ready to build your skills in a quality kitchenKitchen hands: no experience needed, just a positive attitude and a strong work ethicCalm and organised when it gets busy,
