Shifts: Various shifts available, including 6-hour, 8-hour and 12-hour day and night shifts.
Weekend availability required , guaranteed hours available after successful
Essential: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

About the Role
Routes Healthcare is expanding its specialist Paediatric Complex Care Team and is looking for experienced care professionals to support children and young people with complex healthcare needs across the North East.
You will provide specialist one-to-one and two-to-one care, supporting clients with:
Suctioning and airway management
Complex personal care
Neurological and spinal injury support
Clinical observations and monitoring




Promoting independence, wellbeing and quality of life
Travel across the region is required, with mileage paid.

Requirements
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

Previous paediatric care experience
Tracheostomy, suctioning or ventilation experience
Spinal injury or neurological care experience
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
