You'll play a key role in ensuring customers have a smooth, welcoming, and memorable experience on an key day.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers, ensuring a positive and seamless experienceProvide basic guidance on product features and functionalitySupport delivery operations and appointment coordinationAssist with vehicle staging and readiness activitiesCollaborate with internal teams to complete final quality checksSupport general administrative tasks as requiredAssist with movement of vehicles, including trade‐ins and used vehiclesAbout YouYou are a confident and friendly individual who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
