Prior experience highly regarded, however not necessary.
Job Title: Medical Receptionist - General Practice
Employment Type: Permanent Part Time or Full Time (30 to 38 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities
Greeting and checking in patients in a warm and welcoming manner
Building rapport with our regular patients
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records while respecting their confidentiality
Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
Ensuring waiting areas are clean and comfortable for patients
Billing and payment processes
Assisting with general administrative duties in both GP & Occupational Health to support the clinic's operations
Essential Skills
An enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn
Strong teamwork skills as well as the ability to work independently
Friendly, compassionate, and caring nature
Honest and reliable




Exceptional work ethic with a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient computer and literacy skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Experience (Not Essential but a Plus)
Experience with Best Practice Software is an advantage
Previous experience in a GP or Occupational Health Clinic desirable but not essential
