Responsibilities:Book and coordinate flights, hotels,



car rentals, and other travel services on behalf of our clientsProvide guidance on visa requirements and travel restrictionsMonitor and manage travel expenses to identify cost-saving opportunitiesDeliver exceptional customer service, resolving issues and enquiries in a timely fashionCollaborate with team members and adhere to company policies and proceduresRequirements:Experience within the Corporate Travel Consultancy space OR extensive experience within the leisure travel field with some knowledge/exposure or the corporate side of travelExperience with reservation systemsSelf-ticketing preferredOutstanding customer service skills and drive to expand your current product knowledgeAbility to self-manage your time and prioritise tasksThe ability to thrive on a challengeKeen problem-solving stills & a can-do attitude
