Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Hydromulch Supervisor / HR Driver to join our team and oversee hydromulching and hydroseeding operations across South East and Regional Queensland.
This role is ideal for a motivated operator who enjoys leading by example, managing small crews, and working in a hands-on outdoor environment.
You'll be responsible for supervising daily site activities, operating specialised equipment, driving HR vehicles, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As aHydromulch Supervisor,



you will lead on-site crews while remaining actively involved in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate hydromulching and hydroseeding crews on-site
Drive and operate HR hydromulch trucks and support equipment
Oversee daily project activities to ensure productive and protected operations
Prepare, mix and load hydromulch and hydroseeding products
Operate hydroseeding equipment and application systems
Conduct pre-start inspections and basic equipment maintenance
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety, environmental and quality standards
Liaise with project managers, clients and site representatives as required
Travel throughout SE Queensland and Regional Queensland on project work
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Current HR Driver Licence
Construction White Card
Previous experience in hydromulching, hydroseeding, revegetation, landscaping, erosion control or similar civil works
Proven ability to lead, supervise or mentor crews in the field
Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices
Ability to work away from home when required
Reliable, hands-on and team-focused attitude
