Job Summary: Our Home Staging & Property Styling company is seeking a highly motivated and outgoing Sales and Admin Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a native English background and a friendly, funny, bubbly personality, with a strong focus on sales and closing deals.
This is a remote position, but occasional on-site property styling may be required to assist our team when the business is understaffed.
This position is commission-based and requires a high level of professionalism in email writing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to cold call potential clients.Responsibilities:Generate leads and prospect for new clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.Respond to inquiries and follow up with potential clients in a timely mannerProvide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clientsManage client relationships through regular communication and follow-up Assist with administrative tasks,



such as scheduling appointments and preparing proposalsOccasionally assist with on-site property styling when the business is understaffedRequirements:Native English speaker with excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenFunny, bubbly personality with a high focus on sales and closing dealsAbility to work independently and remotely, while also communicating with the manager on a daily basisExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskExperience in sales and customer service is preferred, but not requiredAbility to occasionally assist with on-site property styling when neededMust be reliable and willing to work flexible hours as neededThis is a commission-based position with the potential for high earnings.
