Due to a strong project pipeline, we are seeking ground support crew to join the team immediately.Roles – Entry level Shot Crete Sprayers & FinishersNo experience required, duties you will be trained in:Hose Support: Manually drag, lift, and safely manipulate heavy, pressurized concrete delivery hoses to assist the primary nozzleman.Line Control: Maintain strict control and positioning of hoses to reduce operator fatigue and ensure smooth project flow.Nozzle Training: Learn to balance and control air pressure, water volume, and chemical accelerator under direct supervision.Equipment Setup, Inspections & Maintenance: Pipeline Rigging, Pre-Start Checks and Post-Spray Cleanout.Site Preparation & Material Management: Rebound Clearing,
