We're small enough that people know your name, and our residents and families notice when good nurses stick around.We're looking for experienced casual Registered Nurses to join our night shift team at our Gladstone Park, Sunshine and Brunswick homes.
You can work at one site or across all three, whatever suits you.What you'll be doingAs the RN on nights, you'll be the clinical lead on the floor.
That means:Leading and supporting our care staff overnightMedication management and clinical assessmentsResponding to resident deterioration, falls and incidents, and escalating when neededKeeping transparent, accurate progress notes and handoverMaking sure residents are safe,



comfortable and treated with dignityWhat you'll needCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseAt least 2 years' experience as an RN, ideally in aged careConfident making clinical decisions on your own overnightA current police check or NDIS Worker Screening CheckFull working rights in AustraliaWhat we offerFlexible casual shifts, pick up as many or as few as you likeChoice of three locations across the north and westPay as per our Enterprise Agreement, including casual loading, night shift allowance and weekend and public holiday penaltiesA supportive team and management that actually picks up the phone
