You will be one of 2-3 Senior Receptionists reporting to the General Manager and Clinic Owner, helping run the clinic efficiently and delivering a seamless patient experience.This role offers the chance to lead reception operations, support AI tools, and mentor junior staff while maintaining a warm, qualified communication style in a busy general practice.
