Dash Recruitment is partnering with a leading non-bank lender in Parramatta to hire a Senior Credit Analyst for property-backed SME lending.
You will assess, structure and underwrite secured lending while working with sales, brokers and debt advisors to pre-screen loan scenarios.You will deep-dive into SME cash flow and financial statements, prepare submissions for Credit Committee, and liaise with valuers and solicitors through settlement.
