MS Queensland is seeking Disability Support Workers to provide in-home and community-based care for individuals with high and complex support needs in Springfield.
Afternoon and Awake Night Shifts are available, with a minimum 10 hours per fortnight and potential for more hours.You will deliver person-centred care, assist with mobility, meals, medication support, and daily living tasks, following care plans and policies.
