LifeguardAbout the RoleManpower is currently seeking experienced and safety-focused Lifeguards to join a busy aquatic and recreation facility located in Crib Point, VIC.This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing casual work with competitive pay rates, weekly pay, weekend penalty rates and a varied roster across Monday to Sunday.
Successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring the safety of patrons while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service throughout the facility.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and supervise pool users to ensure a safe aquatic environmentRespond appropriately to incidents and emergenciesConduct routine pool water testing and maintain required chemical levelsOperate pool cleaning equipment, including pool vacuumsClean pool surrounds, sauna facilities and aquatic equipment during quieter periodsProvide excellent customer service and assistance to facility usersAssist patrons with basic gym equipment setup when requiredAdhere to all site safety policies, procedures and compliance requirementsSkills & ExperienceMinimum 2 weeks experience as a Lifeguard,



Pool Attendant or in a similar aquatic environmentStrong commitment to safety and risk managementExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently and within a team environmentHigh attention to detail and facility presentationReliable, skilled and punctualEssential RequirementsAustralian CitizenshipCurrent Aquatic Pool Lifeguard CertificateCurrent First Aid CertificateCurrent CPR CertificateValid Working with Children CheckCurrent Police Check (within 30 days) or willingness to obtain one (Manpower will cover the cost)Reliable transport and ability to travel to Crib PointAvailability to work a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday, including early mornings, afternoons and eveningsWhat's On Offer?
