You'll lead staff, oversee stock movements, coordinate daily workloads, and maintain high service standards.This is a full-time, permanent chance where you can take ownership of onsite operations and contribute directly to the success of a leading logistics business.What Your Week Looks LikeSupervise daily transport operations and maintain effective processesManage subcontractor levels to meet client demandOversee stock handling, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and dispatchSchedule jobs to maximise productivity and service qualityReport on DIFOT and key operational metricsDrive safety and compliance by coordinating daily fleet operations, conducting audits, and ensuring adherence to fatigue management, Chain of Responsibility requirements, and corrective action processes.What You BringStrong leadership and organisational abilitiesExceptional attention to detail and problem‐solving skillsConfident communication and customer service capabilitiesExperience in logistics, transport, or site supervisionAbility to work autonomously in a fast‐moving environment
