This role offers the chance to develop your expertise whilst contributing meaningfully to our diverse patient population across our clinic.Key responsibilitiesConduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualised treatment plans for patients with various musculoskeletal, neurological and other conditionsDeliver high-quality physiotherapy interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, electrotherapy and functional rehabilitationMonitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed and communicate outcomes with patients and healthcare professionalsMaintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirementsProvide patient education and advice on injury prevention, ergonomics and self-management strategiesCollaborate with other allied health professionals, case managers and medical practitioners to ensure coordinated, patient-centreed careContribute to a positive clinic culture by supporting team members and maintaining qualified standardsStay current with evidence-based practice and professional development opportunitiesWhat we're looking forBachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification from an accredited institutionCurrent registration with AHPRACurrent professional indemnity insuranceStrong clinical knowledge and practical skills in assessment and treatment techniquesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgroundsA patient-centred approach to care with commitment to achieving positive patient outcomesAbility to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamProblem-solving skills and the ability to adapt treatment approaches based on patient responseWillingness to engage in ongoing professional development and evidence-based practiceProficiency with electronic patient management systems is advantageousNew graduates are encouraged to apply; mentorship and support will be providedWhat we offerNorth Brisbane Allied Health is committed to supporting the wellbeing and professional growth of our team members.
