Join us as an Accounts Payable Officer and help ensure invoices are processed accurately, payments are made on time, and processes continue to improve.What you'll doInvestigate and resolve invoice, purchase order,



reconciliation and payment issues.Process PO and non-PO invoices, through OCR, SIMS and the ERP system, validating data, coding, matching and approvals.Reconcile supplier statements, Positive Received Not Invoiced and credit cards.Prepare payment runs and follow up outstanding approvals.Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with GST and approval requirements.Support month-end activities, audits and reporting.What you'll bringAt least 3 years' experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable.Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.Knowledge of GST, invoice matching and financial controls.Good communication and stakeholder management skills.Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and a continuous improvement mindset.Experience with JDE, automated invoice processing systems, approval workflows or FMCG will be highly regarded.BenefitsExposure to a successful & innovative global FMCG business with a portfolio of iconic and well-known brands.Ample free parkingGreat weekly discounts on our iconic ice creams and subsidised canteenFlexible working week with optional working form home daysPaid parental leaveVaried career experiences and personalised development support
