This role is ideal for individuals seeking casual work that allows them to develop valuable retail experience whilst maintaining schedule flexibility.What you'll be doingAs a Seafood Retail Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:Assisting customers with product selection and providing knowledgeable advice about our seafood offeringsProcessing customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systemsMaintaining a clean, organised and hygienic retail environment in accordance with food safety standardsReceiving, displaying and rotating stock to ensure freshness and visual appealPreparing seafood products for sale, including filleting, portioning and packaging as requiredRestocking shelves and maintaining attractive product displays throughout the shopHandling cash and card payments with accuracy and integritySupporting the team with general housekeeping and cleaning dutiesFollowing food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain product quality and customer safetyWhat we're looking forTo excel in this role, you should possess the following skills, qualifications and experience:Previous retail or customer service experience,
