Your primary role will be to provide customer service, manage travel sales and book travel arrangements.Key responsibilitiesDevelop, supervise and grow events and product awareness and successPlan,



book and manage travel arrangements for customers in AustraliaEffectively manage incoming calls and emails from clients and suppliersOrganize high quality work & travel information sessions for UltimateOz participantsProvide excellent after sales supportBe a confident public speaker and be able to present to upto 20 customers.Maintain a constant positive communication flow between group leaders & office staffUndergo training in different fields (i.e. sales / marketing / admin / management)The Ideal CandidateOur ideal candidate will have East Coast Australia travel experience and match some of the following criteria:Outstanding with people / team playerConfident public speakerProven admin, customer service or sales experienceTarget driven and keen to earn commissionMust be able to identify with our(phone number removed)backpacker target market6 Month minimum requirement.
