About the roleExcavator/Combo Operator – Join a Great Crew Doing Quality WorkWe're looking for a Combo Operator to join our earthmoving crew of 3–4, which is part of the larger CJ Developments construction team.Our earthworks projects across southeast Queensland include retaining walls, horse arenas and council works, along with excavation and site preparation for our residential construction projects.
You'll spend the majority of your time operating machinery, with opportunities to work alongside our carpenters on current homes, renovations,



decks and other building projects.You'll enjoy the close working relationships of a small earthmoving crew while building connections with the wider construction team and seeing projects come together from the ground up.What We Offer:Full Time pay means paid 38 Hours, Rain, Hail or shine – 12% Super paid on top, public holidays, and annual leave accruedModern equipment – Yanmar excavators (800kg to 8T), bobcats, and tippersDiverse projects – from 1-day tasks to month-long job sitesImmediate start available – strong pipeline of consistent workExcavator and Bobcat ticketsHR truck licenseReliable, hardworking attitudeAbility to work well with othersWe look forward to welcoming the right person to our crew!
