This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients at the two locations.What you'll be doingGreeting and welcoming patients as they arrive at the clinicScheduling appointments and managing the clinic's booking systemAnswering and responding to incoming phone calls in a courteous mannerHandling patient inquiries and providing information about our servicesMaintaining a tidy and organised reception areaAssisting with other administrative tasks as requiredWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in a customer service or receptionist role, ideally within a healthcare or similar service-oriented environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide a warm,
