We have many long-term patients and a strong community focus.We are seeking an experienced RN General Practice nurse for casual shifs, with the availability to cover holiday leave and absences.We provide a supportive, versatile workplace environment with a friendly team.
We pay above award rates.The position we are offering is 1-2 days per week, part-time.Nursing shift hours are generally 9.00am-5.00pm weekdays only, with flexibility for suitable candidates.The Practice NurseIncluding but not limited to:General care,Triage management,Dressings,Assisting with procedures,Immunisations,Assist GPs with chronic disease care and care coordination,



health assessments and care plans,Team based approach,Manage recall and reminder systems and computer-based results recall system,Qualifications and ExperienceCurrent unrestricted Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA,Div 1 nurseCurrent CPR Certification,General Practice Nurse experience preferredStrong administrative skills,High level computer skills (practice uses Best Practice software) experience preferred although not essentialKnowledge of and ability to navigate government programs, PRODA access.Interested or prepared to have training in:-Wound CareImmunisation CertificationDiabetes training
