No two days are the same - you'll be out in the community making a genuine impact.You Will:Provide person-centred care tailored to each client's goals and preferencesAssist with personal care (e.g. showering, dressing, grooming)Support with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and shoppingAccompany clients to appointments and community activitiesEncourage independence, confidence,
