This role is responsible for recording, analyzing, and reporting the company's financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business decisions and maintaining trust through accurate financial information.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform monthly bank reconciliations for all TIC bank accountsManage daily cash requirements and ensure timely creditor paymentsOversee Fixed Assets and Lease registers, including capitalization, disposals,



and posting depreciation/amortizationCoordinate annual fixed asset verification exercisesReconcile key general ledger accounts, including accruals, prepayments, credit cards, and head office accountsManage standing journals and month-end adjustmentsAssist with insurance claims, quarterly group reporting, and audit preparationsSupport Job Cost projects in BMS, including DA coordination, foreign currency handling, and credit checksEnsure compliance with accounting standards, Toshiba policies, and financial reporting requirementsQualifications & ExperienceCompleted or working towards an accounting qualification (CPA/CA)2–5 years' experience in accounting or financeKnowledge of enterprise accounting software (e.g., Netsuite)Robust understanding of accounting principles and financial analysisKey AttributesAttention to detail and high accuracyStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCommitment to compliance and ethical standards
