Food preparation and cooking across the grill, fryer and pizza sectionsFollowing recipes and maintaining consistent food quality, presentation and portion sizesWorking with kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver meals promptlyFollowing food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety proceduresCleaning kitchen equipment, workstations and preparation areasAssisting with receiving, storing and handling food supplies
About you
Relevant cookery training or equivalent industry experienceExperience working in a busy kitchenSound knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety and hygieneThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication skills and a calm approach during busy servicesA reliable, punctual and positive approach to workAvailability for night and weekend shiftsA current Food Safety Certificate is desirable
